We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or downgrade differences.

New users may be eligible for a free trial period as advertised. No payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you will be charged for your selected plan unless you cancel.

You grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. This license ends when you delete your content or terminate your account.

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide about our service may be used by us without compensation or attribution. You agree that such feedback becomes our property.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We aim for 99.9% uptime but are not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice. We will minimize service disruptions and restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of our service. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect functionality you rely on.

tempus.xhub is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from your use of tempus.xhub shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will end, but you may export your data within 30 days.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for other legitimate business reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

After account termination, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow for account reactivation. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems, except as required by law.

These terms are governed by German law and the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If this is not possible, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with German arbitration rules.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with a similar enforceable provision.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tempus.xhub regarding your use of our service, superseding any prior agreements.
